Shipping and Deliveries

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

If stock is available (please check listings for details), all local orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once the orders have been despatched, deliveries will take place Monday through Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Transit times differ between areas.  We are not able to provide a specific time for the delivery of your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Our play mat packages are oversized and bulky - so we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Transit times may vary.

If you wish to have your package left at the front/ back door upon delivery if no one is home, please let us know in the Notes section at Checkout.  

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently deliver internationally. Please email hello@milkitbaby.shop to request for more info/ pricing at this stage.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY NOTES

Milk It Baby is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or shipping addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges incurred by us to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. Although it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, we will do our best to contact you if a problem with a shipping address occurs to ensure our products reach you safe and sound.

We are aware that the COVID-19 situation is causing understandable concerns amongst our clients. We would like to take this opportunity to assure you that your safety is our top priority. Together with all our team members and suppliers, we are taking precautions in accordance to the advice of World Health Organisation to keep our team safe and ensure your orders are despatched in a timely manner.

We request your patience and understanding in this difficult time on the delivery delays and impacts, as these matters are beyond our control.
